Bill Russell, Founder and Executive Vice President

Bill brings more than 25 years of information technology leadership experience. Prior to founding Allegient LLC, he had held executive leadership and consulting positions with application software companies over the previous four years.

Over nearly twenty years, his different career rotations with AT&T were across the entire IT spectrum that included leadership responsibilities for providing business solutions to AT&T’s largest clients. Bill’s experiences included managing and leading solution teams for large engagement initiatives with clients predominantly in the financial services and insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

Bill was also part of AT&T’s national leadership team in identifying, developing, and making the shift to Internet business services, solution capabilities and web based applications.

Bill is a graduate of Purdue University. Bill also completed post-graduate technical and business executive education programs at M.I.T. and at Indiana University. Bill lives in Zionsville, Indiana with his wife Leslie.
