If you’re excited to join our team but are still a little nervous about the transition from graduation to the work place, Allegient offers a two-week training program for our recent college graduates.

This exciting opportunity allows you to quickly launch your new career by learning the skills and tools that will enable you to become a successful business or technology consultant. This way you get a feel for real project work and our process before diving into your client assignment. 

Strategic Mentorship

To ensure you put your best foot forward, you’ll also be assigned 3 main points of contact to assist you through
your training and give you the advice you need to succeed:

  1. Training Program Manager – From day one, your Training Program Manager will serve as your main point of contact.  Throughout the program he or she will guide you through Allegient’s organizational structure and internal processes.
  2. Managing Consultant – Your Managing Consultant is there as an internal resource for ongoing career advice as well as any business or technical expertise you may need to help you transition seamlessly into your role at Allegient.
  3. Practice Area Director – You will be assigned to one of Allegient’s practice areas and placed under the guidance of the Practice Area Director.  Your Practice Area Director will guide you as you transition fully into direct client work.
